Who We Are
Chele Archer, Owner and Creative Director
Chele (Michele) is the Owner and Creative Director of Archer's Arrows. She is the creative mind and designer behind the one-of-a-kind designs and products you see in our shops and our client’s websites.
Chele is a Colorado Native, raised in Loveland, and a lover of travel. She married her amazing husband more than 15 years ago and has one beautiful, strong, and smart daughter.
Chele is a graduate of The University of Northern with her BABS in Sport and Exercise Science, Community Health Education, and Nutrition Education. She is still incredibly active in using her passion from her degree merged with her passion for wellness education and helping others. Chele practices energy work paired with essential oil readings which helps in creating custom blends for individuals. When she is not in the studio you can find her at some of her favorite vendor events, concerts, outdoors, or spending quality time with the ones she loves.
Chele is passionate about her work and prides herself in knowing that she is producing quality work for great prices while helping those in need.

A Note from Chele
Archer's Arrows is committed to making a difference in our community, starting small with using as many recycled materials as possible, and working with Eco-Enclose (based out of Louisville, Colorado!) for most of our eco-friendly packaging needs. Some of our larger efforts are made via monthly donation efforts in numerous charities across the US. We are passionate about the amazing service that I have witnessed firsthand from these organizations and charities. If you would like more information on which charities we donate to, please contact me!
The Boo-tique processing team is comprised of myself and my hubby, and my beautifully hard-working assistant Anna. My favorite things to do in our shop are to design, business brand, and create new items that will help ease your daily life! What can I say, my life is majorly on the crazy side but I wouldn't change it for the world. I love all things vintage, am creative as hell, and love creating new works of art for you, my customers!
When I’m not busy in the studio, I’m spending time with my family, buried in a book, or researching a product or resource for educational purposes. I’d like to say one book, but let’s be honest… I’m currently reading three.
If you don’t see it in the shop, just ask! We’d love to help create your vision into something just for you! My goal is to make the world a bit more colorful, creative, and conscious by helping achieve your business goals.

Meet Anna, Chele’s Amazing Assistant who mainly works in her shop The Boo-tique. She is the resident shop magician. Anna keeps events organized and is the muscle and hands behind the scenes at our Expos. Anna not only helps on the long drives, but setting up, working the events, and keeping Chele’s sh*t together while on the road. Anna also helps with the crazy ideas for products (Dahmer dumping his last boyfriend is her brainchild!) and produces some rad products for the shop. Anna is an amazingly hard worker and is the queen of side hustles. When she’s not in the shop with Chele, she’s busy using her Theater background applying her makeup skills to beautify and empower other women, or using her photography skills to capture the beauty of families and others in their element. Anna is one of a kind, and irreplaceable. Chele wouldn’t be able to operate at such a high level without her work ethic. To sum it up, Anna is literally the best.

Ray Archer, COO +really ridiculously good looking
Raymond is the Chief Operations Officer at Archer's Arrows aka my gopher. He is Chele's producer of all things and has made shipping and production times cut in half since he's been a part of the team. Ray hails from Southern California, grew up in Colorado, and currently travels all over. Ray has over 20 years of managerial experience and his strengths are highlighted fabulously by helping produce our mugs, towels, and cutting boards…
When Raymond isn't busy in the shop he enjoys spending quality time with Chele, his beautiful daughter, and his friends out hunting, fishing, participating in Bass tournaments, or at concerts.
Raymond's passion shows in all things he does and is a vital part of our team. He’s also really hot and taken.
